All pet products sold in our store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
5 Year Foam Warranty
All pet products sold in our store with foam are covered by the manufacturer's warranty period of 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty only covers the foam piece(s). Please note that the manufacturer's warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
Return Policy

Return Window (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return window for all products purchased from our store. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will receive a full refund or store credit for returns that meet these criteria.
Exclusions
Please be advised that customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, products damaged due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by either warranty or return policies.
